Let me say this right up front…. I want one of these. Yes it’s heavier than most heads, and yes you need two hands to operate it (and therefore a second set of hands to pull focus and change focal length). But I still want one!
I’ve used Lectrosonics wireless audio gear for years. Their stuff is well made and lasts… almost forever. Lectrosonics is a great small/mid-size company that really listens to their customers.
This is a very cool iPad based teleprompter. Very light weight. Great for use on a Steadicam or out in the field. They’re looking at making an Android tablet version too. When they do, I’m in.
This is a very easy DIY dolly using a Gorillapod Focus. You only need one tool to put it all together (a wrench). Takes about 4 minutes.
